Data processed by Wego is stored in Brazil, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the São Paulo region, including backups.

Part of the processing happens outside the country, and we prefer to state it clearly: automatic document reading and AI-generated responses are performed by the Amazon Bedrock service, whose managed routing may process the request in another Amazon Web Services region. In those cases, content is sent only to produce the result and is not used to train models.

Other providers — email and SMS delivery, payment methods and technical support — may, depending on the case, process data outside Brazil.

8. Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations and the exercise of rights. Data is then deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally permitted.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, while recognizing that no environment is entirely risk-free.
